COOPER’S HAWK:

Winery, restaurant, tasting room, and gift shop!

While Cooper’s Hawk was originally founded in Illinois, Florida is now home to 12 other locations. Two of those locations are in our central Florida Orlando area!

Tasting Room-

With three different tasting menus and the options always changing, everyone is sure to enjoy! Sip from the sweet, variety, or lux menus. I tried the sweet tasting and my husband tried the variety. My personal favorites were the Almond Sparkling, Blueberry, and Romance Red. Our favorites off the variety menu were the Blanc De Blanc, Riesling, and the Malbec. I loved this variety of wines because they were not overly sweet but not too dry either. The great thing about their tastings is that the menus are always rotating. So each time you come in, you can try something new!

Dining Room-

Whether you decide to do your tasting before or after the meal, I highly recommend dining while you’re there. The food could not have been more delicious! To start we ordered three appetizers for the table to share, Drunken Shrimp, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, and Over the Border Egg Rolls. We could not have selected better options! I definitely want to go back and have them all again. But if they were that good, it also makes me eager to try more!

For the main course we ordered Prime Churrasco Grilled Steak, Jambalaya, Shrimp and Scallop Risotto, Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese & Classic Tomato Soup, Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon, Gnocchi Carbonara, and The Prime Sandwich. Every single entree was to die for! Just looking at the photos is making me hungry.
